Finally! Have been delayed a while with the whole varnish issue.
It cost me about 2/5 of what it would have cost me to buy an osd, it was a bit of a gamble since I havent been able to that many decks, a sheet of 1/8 in Sweden is around 60$
Anyway, I realized 8.5 is slightly thin, but it doesn't really matter. The concave is slightly more agreesive then that on a dervish, but it locks the feet in. It's a monster tank, really long, huge WB but it still turns tightly. Nose manualing it feels great. At first I thought the noses were to small (4.5", the board is symmetrical so they are the same) but it works just fine for shuvits and manuals. It feels great to piruette and such because the deck doesnt move at all, alot easier to dance then my dervish ( first time on such a long dancer). I had a shitload of issues with the varnish, but it turned out prettey okay anyway.
Specs:
L: 61" W: 8.5" WB: 45.25" - Setup with my dervish's trucks n wheels (r-2 & gummies). Getting holeys and some alligators when my wallet stops being mad at me...
Top: (a bit dirty from riding it)
Bottom:
Length reference:
Sorry about the bad cell phone pics.
The green is a dark green marble looking stain, it doesn't come through in the pictures.
