ive never done rice paper but on my last board i printed onto a very thin clear window decal paper which is kind of like a very thin piece of transparency paper and laid it inkside down in a slightly tacky layer of clear coat. Make sure you print the image backwards so when you lay it ink side down it will look right. Also make sure it is inkside down or else when you do your next layer of clear coat it will just run everywhere and look like a colored blob. After you put the graphic down put another 2 or 3 clear coats on it and it should be good to go!

I use it all the time. Just mirror it an place it ink side down on the board. Lay a light layer of urethane or clear or whatever first immediately before laying the graphic (prevents bubbles).

Also, tape the rice paper to a normal sheet to prevent the printer from eating it when you print it.
