    Default Paris dropthrough template?

I was messing around with a mini I made, and I decided to make it drop through with a pair of 180 paris I had sitting around. After a long night with a drill and jigsaw, I thought about doing the same to another of my boards. I was wondering if anyone had a template for the paris baseplate, since my attempt at drop through didn't come out too well. I emailed paris, but I haven't got anything back yet. Thanks.

    Make one.

Take heavy paper or cardstock,or something. Take off hanger, make a rough estimate on the right shape, cut out,and keep test fitting/cutting the paper till it fits right around the contours of the baseplate.

It's worked for me for all kinds of crazy shapes plates.

    ps.
it's easier to take out the kingpin or poke it through for the first rough estimate.

if i remember right i used a 3/4 spade but and made two holes the rimmed the center out with a jigsaw. Don't have the measurements on me though.

I made my gravity hypercarve drop trough, but I have to extend the wheel wells out or I get massive wheelbite. It looks nice and feels so much better now. I made a template up after a sketch, then sanded the rest out with a Dremel.

You can just use an R-II template, and exclude the two thingies that stick out at the side.

If your building a board make it a top mount first, and if you
Decide you want it to be dropped through do what everyone
Is suggesting and sketch one up, you can foul up too
Bad if you already have your bolt holes on the board.
