well it was fast while it lasted the first board that i made broke 3 days ago. my friend and i took pieces of crown molding and tried to use them as a brace with duct tape it kinda works

yeah, it was made out of 4ply pine ply wood so i didnt have high expectations but it is a fun board just because of how fast it goes

hey, if it still works and it's really fast and fun, there isn't anything wrong with it.

what you could also do is take off the duct tape and take off the trucks and find some thick wood like you have there but longer and wider so that you can drill some holes for the trucks. then all you have to do is get some longer bolts at the local hardware store and put that bad boy together. a friend did it to one of his fragile mini's that he made and it's still running good.

i have a drop carve wood i made this for fun. and brother broke it, he weighs 230

I laughed out loud after seeing this. Nice patch up job. Yeah my brother weighs 270#. Made him a 60" dancer out of 3 1/4" plys with a 42" WB. No dice. The flex looked a little dicy, So I made him a drop through with a 36" WB out the same plys/press. I have already told him that I would be happy to replace the board if it (once it) breaks.
