Well, I'm always willing to help out with stuff like that. I would hate to see a deck, in his case 5 decks, come out alright when they can be legit with technological precision.Especially, if you love the design... it's always harder to recreate.

Sniffleless Presents: The Return of the Graphic Contest!!!!!
We are doing the Graphics Contest again. For those that haven't seen this one before here is how it's played.
1. Conceive a graphics concept. The medium is your call. Paint. Stain. Wood burning. Inlay. Watercolors. Crayons. Whatever.
Style is up to you as well. Realist. Impressionist. Abstract. Dada. Cubist. Cartoon. Whatever.
2. Put said graphic on a skateboard. All entries must be applied to a skateboard to be considered. Make a deck. Buy a blank. Sand down an old deck. Just put it on a skateboard deck.
3. Take photos of your entry and post them in the entry thread I put up.
4. I make a thread with a poll of all the entries. We vote on it. Most votes wins.
5. All entries must be made during the official build period specified. This means it has to be new work. Not something you did last year or whenever.
Timeline:
Febuary is the official "Build Period." All entries must be made during Febuary. I will post the "It's Go Time" thread to kick it off.
You have until the end of Febuary to finish your art.
Entry thread goes up end of Febuary. You have until March 7 to get your entry posted.
Poll goes up March 8 and ends March 15.
So far Loki440 of Roggs Longboards has offered up a board as a prize to the winner.
That being said, this contest is just for fun. So have fun, get creative and get busy.

I can't for the life of me understand why the build/art time table is the month of Feb, but you have up until March 7th to post it? Anyone would have 7 extra days to laydown some funk

Just venting some frustration thanks for your time and I did rip my local hill 8 times today at 21 degreez F, with lots of snow all around, the soccer moms and dads sleding with thier sprouts were watching me........... silly little fake snow borads they were riding the snowy hill on Man was it swEET

that is the way the contests have always been, so why the gripe, and why not enter even if your not done, sometimes you dont have enough time. Heck ive entered boards that were not finished and or only started in the entry submittal time and have place very well, so if you can why not .

Technically anyone could get away with doing that so why pretend. I could fit it all in the month but historically some people have had conflicts that always tend to push things back. School and what not. This way of doing it always seemed to work best. So that's why we do it this way. It adds a week to the whole thing but lets the contest run a bit smoother and we get a bigger turn out. Decent trade off for me.

exactly! y people get butt hurt about a contest for fun beats me...
anyways, im looking forward to looking at the rest of the boards still to be submitted. the mini with the checkered patterns are dope! i want one! hahaha
