I need some help with G-turns and pirouettes. For G-turns there is that little pivot thing after the half circle and I have no problem with doing themfrontside, but I can only do the half circle part of the G-turn backside. And for the pirouette I just can't land it stay on the board. I Make it around put my foot on the board but then it shoots right out from under me. Any help?

abcdefg: What kind of board are you pirouetting on. I find it near impossible on my nosewalker becasue I made the mistake of puting real grip on it. That and the combination of my vans with the waffle bottom just makes it wwaayy to grippy.

I'm pirouette-ing on a gravity classic cruiser and the grip on mine is worn down, a lot, and it makes it a great dancing board.

I think your problem with the pirouette is that you aren't continuing to drive your back hip through the rotation, once your foot has landed on the board. If you keep rotating your momentum, you will land centered. Here is a little tip I made a while ago for them:

Pirouette Trick Tip

Backside G-turns are pretty crazy...I haven't even begun to learn them yet so there's no tips I can give you for that one!

Oh, and FatB your vid is looking really nice so far. Those G-turns are smooth, I've got to get them on the big board eventually. The cartwheel onto the board is a very nice addition too.
