I would steer away from the LY urban assault. From what i have read on here there are very few people that like it and a lot of people that dislike it. Also im pretty sure it doesn't have much flex, same as the spud.
I think any of the first 3 boards would be good.
As for wheels gumballs would be fine, you might want to look at some Abec 11 zig zags or some earthwing 66mm superballs.
I own the Spliff, and its my first board chosen over all others.
If I could get a second board, right now, free of charge? Hmm... Rayne Hellcat, probably. But maybe a Never Summer Norad. Or a Felxdex 29", for fun. Perhaps the Rayne Hustler? Or maybe a nice, long, pintail. *Sigh* so many boards, so little money.
I like Gumballs! (have yet to try Big Zigs)
66mm Superballs have fairly firm riding characteristics IMO (core size/thane depth?) but I would like to try thr 76mm's.

I have a question.... how tall are you?
I'm 6'1" do you think I would have trouble with the spliff?

I'm 5'10" and fairly light, but its totally ridable by bigger/heavier/taller dudes. Check out the Spliff introductory video, the rider seems like a fairly big guy. You'll be fine with the board, unless you have an uber-wide stance. Like, wiiiiiide stance.
Edit: The Hustler by Rayne is also a great board. I wouldn't see you going wrong with that, either. Depends on what kinda deck you want under you, too, I guess. The Hustler has a different shape=different feel.
