best complete deck for carving
so im pretty new to longboarding ik how to ride really well but i know nothing about what makes a great complete deck for cruising and carving. what other complete decks are out there besides loaded that are great for carving and cruising.
I like pintails for carving just cuz i think they're comfortable and dont get wheelbite often. check out NS Eclipse or the Arbor Koa Pin is a decent board.

Its more about the trucks than the deck. Any deck with Revenge Trucks will carve super fast and hard
He's right, super turny trucks help quite a bit. Take a look at Sideinder trucks, my friend has a set and he loves 'em. Take a looks at KrackedSkulls, its a nice carving board with big cutouts (no graphic though...)

if your looking for nice flexy boards. get a loaded. great for carving/cruising.
if your looking for a traditional surfy carvy feel get a gravity hypercarve they're awesome.
if light, snappy, durable, beginner board get a earthwing superglider/charger.
some great carving trucks are.
indy and trackers (traditional)
(reverse kingpin) chargers, randals, paris
springs (originals + seismics)
actually, some of the stock sector nine decks are carving, there bad for everything else, bad hay, use them what there made for, carving, the padang, and some of the sidewinder series board are great for carving

The sad fact is that no one can answer that for you (even though there is good advice here at SL). You have to try out gear before you will know what works for your riding style -- you may not have one yet, but you will. Go to your local skate shop and ask the same question, also ask to try out demo boards. For my part I believe that Loaded rules all (but other bamboo decks are also good). Whoever said that trucks matter more is pretty right on, but at best there is a sweet synergy between all the components. I like Revenge trucks the best so far, but other people think I'm crazy for putting them on a Vanguard... which is why you will get a hundred different answers to your question, people will just tell you what they like (what they know).
A kracked skulls w/ revenges would be a good carver.
a topmount will turn quicker. a kracked skulls is a fun carver but because it is so low and has such a large wheelbase it will have longer deeper turns.

There are some great carving decks out there, check out Arbors selction, Barfoot, and there is a new company called Koastal Skateboards that has some sick looking boards. I would also recomend Revenge Trucks you can carve the hell out of any board with those trucks.
