Khiro Bushing Kits

Im looking to set up an LDP board in the near future and have decided on a bennet/rts truck combo, specifically the 4.3/106mm. Im not a huge "bushing junkie" ive really only tried the venom barrels that I ride on my hellcat for dh/freeride and love their rebound and stability. Im looking into purchasing a khiro bushing kit rather than a bunch of indiviudal packs of bushings so i can experiment and and find my perfect setup. Which bushing kit would work best with the bennet 4.3/tracker rts combo for LDP? The tall/barrel combo kit seemed to me like the most useful kit but Im not sure which khiro bushing types fit best in these trucks/work best for LDP. (BTW i weigh around 135-140)

To be honest, you won't use 1/2 of the bushings.. you're better off at your weight to grab a handfull of softy Venoms/Reflex/Sabers

ya but i feel like i will be able to use the bushings on my other boards perhaps or even lend them to friends, and i still have some growing to do so im gonna need harder bushings in the future

I bought 2 sets each of the MHS kihro tall combos from red to purple and it was much cheaper than a kit. I got to do quite a bit of playing around with the combos and with a little tweaking I set up my randals on my supercharger and indy hybrids on my glider and love them both. For your weight I can't think of anything you would ever need the purple for.

true, ill keep this in mind. Has anyone ever done the Sk8 Kings Custom Bushing Setup Package they feature on their site? Also im still wondering what bushing types, not duros, work best with a bennet 4.3/tracker rts combo

I purchased the Khiro bushing kit, and have used all but one set.

I also ride parks on a short old school board, so I have several uses
for them.

samhell answered most of my questions, for you slalom/ldp khiro users do most of you use standard khiros, tall conicals, or bitch bushings

The normal Khiro Barrel Kit can be pretty useful for LDP. I'm running the same trucks on a Landyachtz All-Star and it's definitely been nice to have the variety of the barrels and short conicals. The short conicals can be put to good use, especially in the trucks you're gonna run.

Here's the current set-up I'm running:

Bennet 4.3: Khiro Orange Barrel on top, White Khiro Barrel Bottom with a orange conical beneath that.

Tracker RTS: Khiro Red conical top, and on the bottom I have two short conicals facing inward (like the stock RTS bottom bushing), a blue one on top and a red one on bottom.

I've found the standard Khiro Barrel Kit to be useful in tuning an LDP set-up. The barrels can be used where you wish, as well as the short conicals which open up a lot of room for experimentation.
