Had to deliver something to my employer today so i cruised over to his house and delivered the envelope. Cruised around where i usually go longboarding, but i saw a running at the bottom of a hill, as i was catching up to him. So at the bottom of the hill we both looked at each other, and i got the feeling that it was a race (or i just wanted to race..). I manage to beat him up the hill by pushing mongo, and by pushing regularly. Then i just cruised off down the hill knowing i can beat a runner up a hill on my board.
Did some more cruising, had some kids yell something at me that i didnt understand, so i waved at them. They said it again so i just gave the palms up arms at side, i have no idea look. Had to pass them again to get home, and again they said something but i was concentrating on trying to pump and just didnt care so i didnt look or answer. Ok ride today, wouldve been better if i had been doing hills on my dropspeed.

well my average skate is always more then 2 hours long carving sliding just about anyhting i can do down a hill trying to perfect mannys on my vanguard anybody got any tips >
I was an angry bear today, so I decided to try sliding. I hurt my right buttcheek. It hurt.
did you fall or just scrape your butt on the ground?

just got done restoring an old dancer. sanding it down,rounding everything off, making the wheel wells lager, the tail had some damage and delam so i cut a bit off the tail and took off the top layer of wood. couldnt wait to ride it being my first real dancer and the work i put into it,i dont think any one of my neighbors has ever seen a board this big, 10 x 50 something! practicing walking, and tricks everyone was looking and asking about it. was a good ride, 2 miles at least, got walking down at a good speed and am glad i now have a real dancer as to trying that on my plank (4" x 30") or s9 goddess, which is now my garage/ go fast board.

finally got a new set of wheels from the orangatang recall, and decided to go to school (ucsd) to test em out. first a few runs down a 7 story garage, just to get a feel for the new wheels. then we did a short but fast hill that got us to about 35ish mph. wheels + slightly looser trucks made for an awesome sesh.

At 2am last night I rode down to an overpass and climbed down to the freeway to get some extended exposure shots of the cars passing by. Afterwards, I decided to skate the pathway running alongside the road, ended up a few miles away before getting back onto the surface roads. As I was riding towards home on the shoulder, some car flashes their headlights at me. I knew the driver was going to mess with me so I jumped off my board and picked it up. While I'm grabbing my board he is about to pass by me, but instead he swerves the car towards me and I dive onto the grass. The car barrels through the space that I had just occupied, and keeps going. Realizing he missed me or something, the driver slams on his breaks and pulls to the side of the road. The car stops about 200 feet away and the driver steps out. I bolted. I got home around 3am.
today was awesome. my friend kevin and i went out at around 9:30 and found some fun small hills. in miami!!!!! like 10 mins away from my house!!!!! sooooooo awesome!
Just got back from my ride, not sure how long I was gone, just a cruise, tried learning to pump... cant quite tell if its making me faster or slowing me down or if its even possible on a S9 gremmie.
And I still haven't figured out how to push properly! I either lose balance and fall off or hit the wheel and get thrown off.
spent 2 hours just pushing around a empty car park, then tried footbraking for an hour or so and kind of do it right... i think. then i got cocky and hit a small hill and managed it ok, so hit a bigger hill, hit a speed bump and went flying off and tore up my hands and knees
it was awesome some of the best fun ive had in ages. so glad i got my board LOVE IT
Got off work early yesterday so I spent the afternoon in the skatepark....worked on a couple of new lines made some grinds and airs that I never expected to, had an awesome day, wondering who decided to bless me

Today was awesome for two reasons. First off, I finally got my LDP set-up dialed in exactly how I want it. Pumping on it is a breeze, most fun I've had in a long time.
Second, and much more hilarious, I was skating on the roads near a local park, and some middle-school kids decide to heckle me. "Longboarders suck!! Especially ones who wear helmets!!"
I really had to stop myself from laughing, but I had time to yell back, "Yeah, it's really going to suck when I'm alive and you're dead, douche-bag!"
To which the little bitches reply, "Why don't you come back and say that to my face?!"
I considered it, but I can think of much better ways to spend my time then chasing and/or going to jail for beating up little kids. Such attitude though! Why can't we all just get along? :
thats why i cant wait to get out of the shithole known as middle school. i have to put up with blind hating and constant stupidity 6 hours a day for 9 months.
