Longboard Cruisers, Carving, Commuting, Long Distance Pumping and BoardwalkingWhen it's all about the ride, the general discipline of riding a longboard.
It's still epic. The back is really stable but the front is so loosey goosey that I can pedestrian slalom, carve like crazy, and still feel stable while dancing and stuff.

I was running flywheels for awhile, and I have to say that I prefer the zigs for cruising/carving. Once they are broken in, it's really a much nicer feel.
Tried the holeys out with their standard rubies which wasn't very impressive. I played around with some hour glass combos of indy and khiro barrel top bushings, but nothing really worked. That was until I got some holey smoke bushings in the mail (traded them for the rubies). A world of difference! I was planning of throwing some chargers on my dervish, but I am so satisfied with this setup that I'm having trouble thinking of what could possibly be improved.
The fishballs were much more grippier than I had imagined, but I have a suspicion that they just need a bit more time to break in before starting to do speed checks with them. Love them for carving and pumping though!

Hey, nice board! I'm rocking the black springs and 75mm 80a Orangatangs on my 35. It rides tall (5 inch deck height) which is a bummer for pushing, but those big wheels roll over everything and grip harder than a fat chick on a carton of Ben & Jerry's.

like the board man, yea i love this thing with those big wide wheels, couldnt deal with the stock kryptos so i went with 9balls and love it, red springs give you alittle more confidence on the hills but you can carve just as hard, cant wait till the new design comes out. wish there were some more people around here who had em, no one can quite tke the turns i can so its hard for them to keep up.
