ok i need help with nollie shuvits. some people might think its wierd but i can only get close to lnding it if i do it so the board spins behind me (im goofy so thats the right).

i have tried to do it in front of me but i always just fling the board far away or hit my self in the shins somehow.

i think im going to stick withthe way i can almost get it but does anyone have and advice other than just saying get out and practice?

ive been working on my switch shuvits on my dancer.

And its all about the timing I am also goofy so when your bringing it around to the left wait tell its about 120 degrees around then flick it with your back foot hop off with your front and just land back on fairly easy just takes practice.

And I have a Loaded Dancer Flex 1, Black on Raw 180s with venom 85a standard pack bushings - And a 80a 4prez wheels, rolling on M.H.S bearings great set up.

nollie shuvits i think are the easiest shuv, the kind of board you have makes a difference cuz with my rubber soul i flick the board and jump on it but with my 59 inch osd dancer i kind of have to pivot like 90 degrees and flick it from there... but id say the main trick to landing them is having confidence you have to be prepared to fall and eat sh*t a couple times foucs more on landing on the board then the actual spinning of the board because the spinning part is easy and the landing is hard just focus on jumping on to the board

Don't wanna be mean or anything, but you must not have been looking very hard... There's an entire subforum dedicated to tricks, and another subforum dedicated to cruising/carving/boardwalking.

If a mod could perhaps move this to that forum, I think this thread has the potential to be helpful for people. It'd be nice to have an ongoing discussion about dancing/boardwalking rather than starting a new thread all the time about it.

Try getting eather the 81a venom standard pack (2 barrels and 2 cones) or the 85a standard pack. on dancers you dont want to lose of bushings because its nice to have stability when dancing.

Another thing that alot of people use is 2 81a venom barrels tons of stability that can still carve.

    $300 dollars is a great budget for a dancer...or any set-up actually.

I am personally trying to figure out where I can get the funds for Roggs new Freerider&Dancer Combination:

I've got a Roggs Jr Dancer already and its one of my favorite still

my dancer is the one on the right

it's about 48" long i think, to keep it a bit agile. the osd or similar boards are just too long. i prefer boards like the komodo and stuff. bit shorter, but you don't need a whole living room to boardwalk on, do you?
the pic is with holeys, but now it's set up with gullwing sidewinders. loooove these trucks to dance on! you do need a bit of a bigger tail and nose to keep manuals easy, the trucks make your wheelbase a lot longer.
yay! a spot for a sig!
