hey guys,
Just registered and I've read through the buyers guide in Londboarding 101. I have a general idea of what I want. I'd like to have a concave board but I'm open to others as well. This is my criteria:
-34" - 46"
-good carver
-smooth easy ride
-must be good commuter
-under $300
I'm 5'5, 140lbs. I'd like to keep to a Bustin Board as I'm not looking for shear performance, but more so looks and performance. Love the fact that you could customize it, as I'm a hockey goalie and well if you're one to you know how awesome it is to have custom pads. So I'd like to stay with Bustin but I'm obviously open to others. I have a question. What would the difference be between say a Bustin Strike and Bustin Spliff board wise. I know one is better for downhill and speed, but like I see the different board shapes. Does one shape specifically cater to a certain type of riding? How would the Bustin Strike be for getting around town? I want an easy ride that is stylish, and so far this board appeals the most to me. I'm open to you suggestions so if you could help me choose a set up that would be great!
Thanks, Brendan
