    Default What trucks?

Im building a sort of bustin strike replica, nose and tail wedged with frontcentric camber, but no concave, the wood wasnt letting me. Dropped through and sort of flexy, what sort of trucks should i use? Ive got randal 180s and 150s on hand, and was thinking of buying indys, but thought that if something worked better i'd get those. I dont know how much the wedgin is, i just winged it, and i can post pics tommorow when its out of the press. Im looking to do some long distance pushing and carving, some really super light downhill that i dont need much for, but i do like a super quick turning radius. anyone got any opinions on trucks/bushings for me?

Bennetts and or Originals make for a good front quick turning pumping truck. For your bushings its hard to say because that all depends on your weight.

Basicaly the more you weigh the harder the bushings should be so you don't crank down the king pin bolt so hard that you end up destroying the bushing.

Khiro's and Venom bushing work really good.

Bennetts 6.0's or Paris 150's. But if you want Stability Paris 180's. Don't go with Randals they don't seem make tight turns from my experiences.

    Khiro softer bushings for sure.
i'm all wet, can i come in?

I weigh 120 pounds lol, im not very heavy. The deck just came out of the press, the wedging is barely noticeable, but the flex is pretty much perfect. This boards a drop through, can i use Original trucks?

if it has a lot of wedging in the front and back, be aware of truck degree. Paris' are 50 degree trucks, and wont work very well if there is too much wedging. a randal in 42 degrees is what they use on a bustin anyway. what you could do is buy a set of paris trucks, and a set of randal plates, and mount the two sets of plates on two boards. then when you want to ride one, move the hanger and wheels all together, with one bolt undone, and move them to the other set of baseplates. if you already have randal, which it looks like you do, then go a head and get them. you can do this down the line, and this is how i switch between my dancer and my speedboard. paris on the dancer, randal plates on the Three Piece Cindrich, and in heats 80a's. i really helps me to remember to rotate my wheels too.
