Powell peralta biggest wheel size??

Ok, have a a sect9 carbon spoontail and want to take off my gullwing chargers and 72mm 9ball wheels to put on an old school deck like the powell peralta or hosoi. Will this setup work? Too big?

If you have some risers, it should be fine.

I would go with something around 66mm personally, though.

Couldn't hurt to sand wheelwells as well.

Powell Peralta makes 68MM Bombers, but I am not
quite sure I understand your question?

dont do that. just ride a pool deck for pool and the spoontail to cruise sound good?

mrgumdrop- uhhhh no? pool decks are sick for cruising around, pulling standups and manuals around town with ease. Cruising is just way more fun with a kicktail.
That should be fine just stick on some risers or tighten ur trucks a bit more, my friend has an old school deck with randal 150's and 70mm sec 9 wheels, him and I both love it.
