pumping uphill?

is there any way to pump uphill much more easier?...
I use my skateboard with a skateboard trucks and skateboard wheel
I pump using the twisting technique ,weighting and un-weighting is hard because I always slip off the board sometimes....

can anyone give me some truck that good for pumping for free? sorry for being a noob its because i live in egypt and I dont have any credit card or even Paypal because Egypt is not in the list for country

thats the second reason trying to keep it balance is hard...
if I do both of them i start sweating really badly and when I arrive school my uniform is soaked and teacher start to complain
