    Post Dance setup

I'm getting a Loaded Dervish soon and wanted to do a little bit of dancing on it. My questions are..
    1) How tight/loose should my trucks be?
    2) What are some good bushings for dancing
    3) Does it really matter what wheels I do this with?

P.S. I plan on doing other things than just dancing on my Dervish, so if you're thinking I should use a different board, I'm not interested. I'm just curious what I should be running with to do a little bit of dancing to see how it feels and if I like it. Thanks in advance! and if you have any more tips/ideas do share!

    Pretty loose trucks
different bushings work for different people, some like standards and others like super carves.
Depends on what else you plan on doing, you could get away with 83a's if they have an offset bearing seat like a DH wheel grip and slide

if your trying to learn how to dance i would keep my trucks pretty tight to start with cause it makes it easier to get the moves down and start getting your balance right, you def need to loosen them up to get that carvy look while your dancing, you wont regret gettin that dervish, the board has literally changed my life, as far as wheels go i would get somthing you can do standup slides on,

    Start off with tight trucks.
    Practice often.
Loosen your trucks a little every day and adapt to the new feel.
    You'll be killing it.

You might as well start off with loose trucks its not worth learning the tricks on a stiff board then loosen your trucks and spend a buncha time trying to adjust. I dance on both my dancer and dervish and i use 81a venoms on both. the looser, the smoother it looks but you have to up your balance.

The dervish is great for dancing, don't worry about getting another board to dance on. Almost everything I do on my dancer i can do on the dervish. Stick with it

i would say go loose rather than start tight, because you will get so accustomed to the tightness, that adjusting to the turning of trucks when you make them loose could be hard.

    USE LOOSE TRUCKS!
    DON'T USE TIGHT TRUCKS!

the secret is learning the footwork and foot placement in the GRASS

tight trucks is just teaching you wrong, it will be easier at first but harder down the line
