There are other companies that build boards intended for similar types of riding style like the BC Eel and the Gravity Kalai. They each have their own take on it and that doesn't make one "Better" than the other, just different. If you are set on getting that type of board, the best thing you can do is get one, ride it for a while to test it out and then build a board that has features YOU would have changed about it. Again, remember this doesn't make it better. Just makes it more suited to you.

How clever, no YOU'RE a little emo boy. It hurts doesn't it?

Usually I pass up e-fights, and this is the first time in a while that I've played an asshole. But this is too precious to pass up.

    Hmmm.

Wider, less flex, more concave, bigger nose and tail.

This is shaping up quite similar to an FSM.

I know that the FSM does not have camber.

    i would make it...
    considerably stiffer
like 9.25 inches wide or so
    less camber
    more concave
make the nose and tail flare up a bit
    more durable

No he didn't, that's what makes it so funny. And a typo is a typing mistaek. Misspelling "you're" is not a slip of the fingers, it's a lack of intelligence.

if you add a little kick like a moray, don't make it vertical like the moray seems to be like

This is hilarious! Thanks to everyone who gave legitimate answers. The flipped nose and tail sounds like a good idea. I really should spend some more time riding a Dervish, but no one around here has one and they cost $220 deck only in the Great White North, so I more or less plan on making one instead and figured I might as well hotrod it a bit.

    Questions:

People say make it wider. This seems like a good idea, but doesn't a slimmer shape make it slightly less responsive when you're walking all over the rails with cross-steps and the like?

Doesn't the flex also make it more forgiving while doing these moves?

I say this because I've only tried these moves on my LY Dropspeed, which is wide and stiff, and it likes to dive right across the street as soon as you start to lean on the rail.

My mind is blown. Someone makes a simple joke about dancing terminology (don't we al do #### like this?) and then everyone gets bent out of shape?

This is like...either the strangest discourse I've seen in a long time or it's some crazy kaufman-esque sketch comedy routine.
If it's the later....do go on.
