    Between my and my friend these are the gravity boards we ride or have ridden;
    BE40
    Hypercarve
    LB33
    BL30
    MiniCarve
    RPM39
    RPM33
    Carve46
    Carve43
    Original Buttons (now GS32)
    Mini Classic 27

All of these boards are still in the quiver, some are ridden and some get ressurected from time to time.

I dusted off my trusty C43 to ride a halfpipe today; The 43 got to be the most beloved yet under-rated modern (double kick 'n concave) longboard ever. I you have one you know what I mean.

My friend just got a Giant Slalom (Randal 150s, 70mm 80a wheels) last Friday and we took it out for a spin. And on Wednesday (when my paycheck clears into my account haha) there will be a mini-carve (randal 150s, 66mm 80a) on its way to my house!

Officially ordered my mini carve... soooo yeah. Tracker 149s and 66mm 77a Burners. Figured it was a good starter board.

I think that most people are hesitant to ride a board over 40" on transition.

I think Gravity could do a little better job on promoting some of those boards. They are doing better, now that they have the youtube channel, but more could be done. I think the best promotional video for there products is the one you put up of the mincarve.

On a related note -- stopped by Tekgnar on Sunday and they had two Kalais. Said the sucker will just not sell -- that everyone wants Loaded. That is a bummer, because the Kalai is such a great board. Another example where I think Gravity came out with an awesome product but for some reason they aren't able to popularize it enough. Which is weird, because they have some of the best riders in the world.

exactly, they just need more footage of their awesome riders actually thrashing all their stuff

that's all loaded does... lots of videos of great riders shredding on their products, promoting the videos on websites such as the fish... and the rest is done for them. loaded has a good filming and editing crew (one guy lol) but if gravity had that i think they'd be a lot more popular.

who has two thumbs and would edit gravity's videos? this guy!

I think that Loaded really got on board with the social media thing, and of course having Adam around doesn't hurt. Clearly he is the marketing guy and social media director.

But seriously - check this out.

So rad, and a great board too.

you're exactly right about social media... i watch a LOT of skate videos. i kill hours doing it when i cant skate/when im bored. when im looking for some good stuff one of the first things that comes to mind is loaded's youtube channel, because they have consistently made themselves known for having tons of great vids. they do this through marketing. so does the Eh Team (landyachtz) and same with Original. so here's the problem, and is gravity's biggest issue right now:

ive never seen this video you just posted, and its ####### great!
i watch a ton of skate vids too. killing hours at a time watching them sometimes... but how have i never came across this? (i've even watched the whole gravity flow dvd probably 5+ times).

gravity damn it get on your marketing! viral is where it's at and that's where its going to be! you got the riders, the skill, the product, and you're paying for publications ads in CW every issue (or close to every issue)... why not start a legitimate video series?

i wish the dervish kids could realize how fun and versatile a double kick is.

i changed my hypercarve to an spn 45. traded it for my old carve 39 with a friend, its a great board, from dancing to park skating i just love it. with tracker 149 and burners it's a great deck, the same shape as any other oldschool board but just 10 inches bigger. it's tail is big enough to pop some small ollies up curbs. i just love it.
Most fishes swim in schools, but mine swims in pools.

The best thing about Gravity is that their riders are all SOOO diverse in their riding styles.
    Sergio=Downhill
    Ben Wei=Some sick surf style
    Jesse Parker=Trickster
    Roger Milhalko=Bowls
Brad Edwards=All around badass with some very fluid moves.

Loaded is right up with Sector9, all it takes is for one guy in the Frat house to go buy one and BAM, everybody in the house has one. This is what you call not being able to think for yourself!!

    x2

Gosh I'm so sick of seeing S9's all over campus (it also sucks b/c I'm stuck riding one until my M.C. comes in next week). And unfortunately Original is quickly following in Sector's footsteps... They're EVERYWHERE on campus now. I am so glad I chose Gravity

i dont really see how that is sector9 or loaded's fault that people buy the same boards just to fit in... and i dont see how its inherently good to buy gravity just because loaded and s9 are popular.

I'm not saying any of them are bad. I really just get sick of seeing them. And I was saying it's nice to have something different. I don't think anyone was saying that Loaded or S9 were bad boards. Just that the people who buy them seem to follow what everyone else has. I haven't seen anyone say they suck (I don't think they do at all). Plus from what I've read I think I made a good choice on what I purchased and my decision wasn't solely based on what I see around. I got what I wanted... for the price I wanted... and I'm glad it wasn't the same as everyone around me.

Then by all means let me do so. Loaded boards suck donkey dikcs. They are:

    Too narrow
    Too expensive
Have wheel cutouts that are way too large
    Have no nose or tails
    Have saggy flex
    Have lousy grip jobs
    Split easily
    and are made in China.
