    Question Gravity mini classic redrill?

I have a gravity mini classic and was thinking about redrilling the front truck a little to add more nose and also so I will have more leverage over the front truck for pumping. Im a noob but read somewhere that you want more leverage over the front truck and I will get a lot more leverage if I move the front truck. gonna set it up with bennett 5.0 front and tracker rts in rear. only thing im curious of is how its gonna affect the ride, will it improve pumping much?Question also the wheelbase will go from approx 15 inches to approx 13 inches so dunno if that will be good for what i want, I it want mostly to be efficient at pumping from class to class. And last thing, was wondering if it'd be more stable/ more traction bc front foot will pretty much be on top of bolts for front truck? Thanks in advance!!

current specs for the deck are:

    SPECS
    L:27.00"
    W:8.25"
    N:1.875"
    T:5.625"
    WB:15.25"

well a small wheelbase will be easier to pump, but you'll be using shorter and quicker "strides" with a 15" wheelbase, and it would be worse with a 13". if you cant pump 15" easy enough, then you need to practice your technique, and look at your setup as a whole. what truck ad wedging are you using? what bushings?

i pump a 22" WB deck around campus, and it has a small enough stride. its got a bennett 5.0 cut and spaced down to 105mm front wedged 5* and a 0*cindy 129 raised 1/2 to even out with the bennett. i also have used a bennett 5.0 10* wedgeing, and a tracer RTS 129 dewedged with two khrio soft wedges. i have used 75mm wheels on it, but i switched down to 70ms and no more bite even with soft bushings. its got a 93 enom jimz/90 elim back, and 83a reflex barrels front, and i weigh 280lbs/ that is not a gauge, but an idea of how soft i am running it. that combo might also work for you as my friends who weigh 120 jump on my board and say "holy crap, thats soft"

i just picked up the board from a buddy of mine who gave it to me for a really cheap price. It comes how it is on the gravity site, tracker darts 129mm, stock hourglass bushings and gravity angled risers front wedged rear dewegded, 66mm street gs. I actually dont know how to pump tried on the setup and failing at it right now. but read up a lot on pumping and saw some crazy cool vids of people pumping on minis and want a setup like that, your setup sounds pretty sweet also. from what ive read i thought moving front truck would be easier to pump bc it'll be right under my foot and the board is wider there so more leverage, dont really know tho, so in need of advice. so should i move the front truck and will it make a huge difference if wheelbase goes from 15 to 13 inches in terms of pumping? Thanks, i appreciate the quick reply!
