today was awesome, spent like 4 or 5 hours longboarding today.
i invented a new trick i think, its like a woodchop cross step, i also learned a board hop stall to kickturn in a mini ramp. i also almost learned to shenanigan and tried some pressure spins. so much fun

Im so lov`n my Dseed right now , the bushing combo and wheels hangers all seem to be spot on for me... 190mm split axel, yellow stock randal bushings front black jimz back ,lemon bigzigs, front loose, I dragged a cyclest off going dh , I could see him peddling behind me as I kept looking back to check for cars etc, and he gave up, I laughed and smiled all the way in to work, great day.

the weather was beautiful today, it rained for like 30sec this morning then was dry and sunny the rest of the day. i skated from the train to work, work to uni for lunch with my mates, uni back to work, work to uni again, everything went bloody perfectly. timed the 2 sets of lights, no traffic etc.

Until the last run from uni to the train in the evening. I hit *something* (nfi what, possibly an acorn/random tree droppings) and did a superman, ripped up both hands what a crappy ending to a great day.

edit: i love my rayne timeline so much. much more than my loaded pintail. but I don't know whether it's because i put decent bushings in the front or if it's because its a better board. i'm sure it's the former rather than the latter because the pintail is a really nice board too.

Nice day today, went on family walk/grocery run. Bets and a big bank on the way, a bit of pumping and people dodging. And a swellbow to top it off. Come on spring.

Rained today. When I was riding on my evo tuesday a lady was running across the street, I pointed multiple times at myself and where I was going, she went right into my path so I had to jump off the evo. Woman was too busy to care? about her safety?

I also saw a mother (with two kids in cribs) running across an intersection on a red light. People need to get their sh1t together and fix their priorities

It was like 80degrees today in Riverside.. getting tan already....
I broke my front kingpin on hellcat/bear 852/ lemon bigzigs just pumping.. I fixed it right after and rode it again, got down stand up 180 back side on my Cat (not really, need more practice to make it better and more comfortable!!)
I have to raplace my kingpins ASAP before they break again.. need grade 8!!!!

but yeah~ it feels all good getting tricks down!! soo fun!!

nice sunny morning and cruised in to town , hav`n a fun ride until a lady backed out right in front of me, I saw her look to see if the road was clear .so I thought she must see me and will wait, ,,but nope, she just backs right out because there where cars coming up behind me as well, I had to head for the foot path and managed to foot brake and run off, leaving my board behind,
and yes I had a helmet on but Im glad I didnt have to test it out
I just looked at her and shook my head ,picked up the Dseed and carried on,

Yesterday i had a good garage session until it was interrupted by the Fargo Police...

Ive only been boarding for about 9 months now and last summer I had absolutely no clue about sliding and dancing etc. So over the course of the winter I had been watching video after video...and now Im able to avoid a little bit of melting snow to practice.

So yesterday, I successfully completed a toeside slide. It was almost an accident, but ya gotta start somewhere!

After about 6 rides down our largest garage (5 story), we heard a little siren churp and a heard the roar of a v8 coming up the garage; so unlike the kickflippers who had been applying their griptape in the stairway who then ran when they saw the cop. We stayed and told the cop what we were about and didnt mean any disrespect whatsoever, he let us leave but he ended up being the one apologizing to us.

So the plan for us now is to stay out of this garage for a while and continue to kick ourselves around this flat ass city...

It was rainy this morning but right as I got my new dregs race in the sun came out and the roads were dry by the time I had it put together. got some sweet footpath runs in and dialed it into where I wanted it, then hit a hairpin and bombed a hill a few times before calling it a day. if I didn't have so much work tonight I'd be garaging, I'm in love with this new board!

Well I'm sorry to say but not too good. My friend and I went longboarding and all we found were crappy roads. Bumpy and sharp turns onto smooth roads. So we finally find a long smooth road. It was nice and beautiful and these kids say "No one comes down this road" I thought that they were talking about cars but now I think they had something else in mind. We get to the top of the hill and I notice that I have to get to work soon. I tell my friend and he says the famous last words of the injured. He says "Come on man, One last run." I should have said no but this hill was too hard to pass up. So we start to go down and he comes up next to me and puts his hand on my back too let me know hes there and so our boards don't hit. Next thing I know I'm on the ground and my knee is killing me.(I guess those kids were right. No one does come down that road). I can't bend my knee and he forgets how to get back to the car. He offers to let me sit and he would come pick me up, but I didn't really trust him to be able to find me. So I went to the hospital and they said my knee is cracked in half. Then i went back the next day and they said I also pulled the tenant away from the bone. So I had to get surgery and they screwed my knee cap back together and found the tenant was only stretched to twice its size and is bruised and had lots of blood clots. My friend tried to find the hill again but he couldn't its weird. Now I'm out for 4months. Here's some pictures of my knee.

my night was good, 3 solid hours of cruising around town, a little sliding, little dancing, little bombing, little carving. it was nice.
