Re: How was your daily longboarding ride/s?
so, i park a little ways away from class and ride over. i've had to walk a bit this week, but not too much. i've lost like five pounds since school started without technically "working out." it's ridiculous cuz most of my pants no longer fit now. wth?
also, i think i need something lower to the ground. my ankle hurts when i ride randall's, but not indy's. i don't like the turning on indy's though. currently on an earthwing supercharger. looking for something that's nice and carvy and low to the ground, possibly a dropdeck of some sort. suggestions?
Skate today because it might rain tomorrow

I rode like 17 different hills this weekend in the Poconos with a couple of my buddies. Awesome time.

Re: How was your daily longboarding ride/s?
^^ wut? I think you mean (since it's only October) that school is out for Columbus Day on Monday.
Today was good. Enrique and Christian invited me out to meet them at a state park. I was running late as I did a bunch of yardwork before leaving. I figured I just drive around and eventually see longboarders. Well a little black car turned into the park in front of me. I was looking at the sticker in the rear window and saw GFH in orange. Immediately thought of GFH boards. A little closer and it did say GFH longboards. Well they HAVE to be some of the guys showing up, I'll just follow them. Ha! It was Enrique. Anyway, we skated 3 miles out and back to the parking lot then I drove us around to steeper run and took pics at the bottom, drove them back to the top for 5 or 6 runs. Pretty cool place and I'm looking forward to going back.

Re: How was your daily longboarding ride/s?
Today was the really first skateable day in like, two weeks. So. I just scooted around town for like, 45 minutes. 'Cause I'm lame. I hit a bunch of rocks, and other fall debris.

Re: How was your daily longboarding ride/s?
I was riding my usual 2 miles to school.. going down a sidewalk on a slight hill and a dude pulled into a parking lot, crossing my path in the process.
I jumped over his hood, and he ran over my dervish, and when he came to a stop his tires were still on the board. He asked me how much it was, I said around 250, but it wouldnt need full replacement. He took me to the nearest atm and gave me 150 bucks, and I went on my way.
Found out that the dervish wasn't damaged at all. Trucks, board, bearings and wheels were all immaculate. Not a bad trade off for a sore knee. I went straight to the skateshop i was near and ordered a loaded pintail. All in all a good day!

Re: How was your daily longboarding ride/s?
finally getting pumping down. did 8 miles today, 2 bike trails and a bunch of city sidewalks. just read sidewalks through business districts could be a $25 fine. time to stay in the street. came down the street to my street, crossed the center line (shitty roads) and down my street. putting the key in the front door and the po po came flying down the street. wonder if they were looking for a skater?
