I was going crazy trying to figure out why my car was making this horrible rattling sound... Until I discovered it was just the trucks on the board in the back.

852's unflipped on my Evo with Randal red bushings barely snugged down. Hangers are nice and loose with no slop.

Also my washers rattle like the trucks going to fall apart when I ride them crazy loose.
I've only just found the (for now) perfect Vangaurd setup after years of riding it.

3 inch kingpin, Venom super carve 81a and cup washer. Then on top I've got a white barrel khiro and then the standard randal top bushing and a cup washer.

This setup allows me to run really loose trucks and still have some return to centre, ie. no slop. Lots of squish without slop is a good thing for me on the Vangaurd. Try out something like that and see what you think about the setup.

I like more soft bushings with appropriate compression on them. A slightly hard bushing that is about 2-4 more duros higher than your road side bushing, works amazing. The harder board side bushing helps with stability when cruising around and helps lock in those carves. The softer road side bushing allows you to throw those turns and get very deep into your turns.

With Khiros (soon to be venoms) I am running Blue barrels on the board side with a white cone in the front with orange in the back for the road side. BTW im only 120 lbs.

Hey I have orange eliminators boardside and yellow cone roadside and my board is super carvey, I weight around 150lb. When I going into a carve I feel the back of my board carving into the turn much deeper than my front, so instead of the front of my board leading the turn the back is. I tighten my back more than the front so I am wondering why my trucks are doing that. They are tracker darts with 2.5inch kingpin.
