Absolutely stunning. Can you PM me with some more details? I'd love to do this

that definitely sounds good. i've never put normal oriented kingpin trucks on my board. really i have no idea what the difference from reverse would be. core base-plates are fairly good aren't they?

i just got a LY mummy with bear 852s and 77mm hawgs. the stock bushings are pretty stiff right now but im hoping i can break them in a little bit.
also wondering if i should throw some thin risers on it?

I've been wanting to try out a mummy. I would change out the bushings for some venoms, the stock bushings will break in but will still be hard.

ive barely been able to ride it since i got it cuz of the weather, but from the amount i did, i really liked the feel of the deck.
for the venoms, what are the different duros/how hard should i get them?

that's definitely dependent on your weight, and how you ride. i weigh 160 and im using double barrel 90a venoms in my paris trucks. carves extremely well, while maintaining stability.

For the mummy i would go with softer bushings, probably the standard pack in 85a, it also depends on your weight.

the mummy is a great board. i've got one and its alot of fun. for the bushings, i did find them to be hard at first, but what i did was take out the washer on the outer bushing and now it feels great! (so try this before you go spending money on venoms)

I found my newest love tonight. Just recently set this up and got to ride it like that tonight:

    Virgin wheel and truck pics:

    Gravity Mini-Classic (Mini-Lions)
Bennet 5.0 Trucks with stock bushings
    Tunnel Rocks 63mm 78a wheels
    Bones Reds bearings

Thing carves like nothing else I've ever ridden. I'm in love with these Bennet trucks! They lean so far and feel so good. Being able to turn around in something the size of a parking space or make circles around my friend is unreal. First time I pushed off with the board and step on and started to adjust my stance to riding position I almost fell over and stumbled off the board, LOL. 5 minutes later though I had the hang of it and carved up a storm in the parking lot and city park roads. This really makes me want a set of 6.0s to try on some other boards of mine - WOW. Those Tunnel wheels are amazing as well, I will be buying some more Tunnels sometime on another setup. I'm in love with this new super carvy setup.

    What exacly is glass grip?
I made grip using crushed glass that was separated into a decent size for grip, combined with clear coat for the grip. In Sweden we have no substitute for silica sand or tread tex so I was forced to think of something myself. Anyway it's very grippy, durable, very clear and don't worry, it's not sharper then regular griptape. It's quite grippy but it's not like your gonna cut yourself like many people think :P
