well I feel bad for you dude

First post is a head slamming, teeth rattling fail and no helmet on a rough terrain hell bent for leather run. I hope the only thing that got hurt was the confidence.
Brain bucket, knee and elbow pads and go own that trail!

... almost sprained my finger due to speed wobble (Fusrodah)

... wheels need to be round to roll well. (aloysius)

speed wobbles on a mnt. board... been there, done that, not fun.... I don't think my back ever fully recovered. Way to go on the helmet though!

Wipe out wasn't too bad for a first offroad speed run. Whiplash pops the old skull pretty good.

    Speed wobble can be lethal.

Wipe off the dust and wait til the swelling goes down on your pride.

However, put on the Body Armor -- helmet first -- (helmet, wrist guards, forearm/elbow guards, and knee pads/guards). Don't leave home without it ... especially off-road!

I broke my first helmet on a "grassy hill."

Hell ... you had the balls to post your fall here.

    Try again ...

Dude that rocks!!! I took a bad fall off my Freebord about a year ago just like that, only on rough asphalt, and still have Quarter sized scars all over the top of my crack. I like your bail technique though, how you just rolled over back on your feet. I live by that bail as to not slide all over the road leaving bits and pieces of myself all over the place.

If you're curious what Freebording is check out my review on it at Freebord

You are lucky, a small pointed rock would have killed you or even worse (you know, wearing adult diapers and slobbering all day).
