Anyone here know anything about this board? I have been considering buying it and I want to know everything there is to know about it before shellin out 500 for it. How does it carve? how easy is it to pump? etc, etc.....if anyone knows anything about it plz tell me, or if they think I should get a different board thats cheaper to learn how to control it, or if theres a better board out there for the same thing. thanks

I tested it and it works very well, you can ride all terrain and pavement...this board carve strong and ride fast, so not really made for flat and low speed.
So would you say its worth its 500$ (shipping included in that figure) pricetag??? Cause I'm also gonna get me a Neversummer board Eclipse and some Abec11 Gummies

take your 500 bucks and buy a couple good quality completes with good components. I'd much rather do that than blow it all on some circus-#### board like that.

the bmw streetcarver is the only other board i know of with that kind of wheel movement, and the closest you will probably get is a carve board. I think its pretty sketchy since you cant stop in any way.

I have been riding the Mendi with Road tires for about three months now, All of the revirews that I read in blogs are close, but so far off from the capabilities of the Flexboardz.
There is a different dynamic when you are carving, whether be it at slow speeds or gentle slope(flatland) and high speeds. You have to remember, that when you carve if you lean forward and carve, you carve will be as tight as you want it and of course, you slow down.
If you make the same turn and lean back(put your weight on your rear foot), you will not only maintain your speed, but can and will gain momentum.

Have you tried one? If not, you really don't know much about the "circus."

I'm a carver addict. I ride custom street-rigged mountain boards. However, none of the intense carvers are flat-land cruisers. They are about high G-force, fluid carving.
As said Bluegrasssurfer, if you look for a powerful carver, I am confident that a Flexboardz will do the job. but for flat land cruising/pumping, it's not the best choice (even if it can be pumped).
Concerning the price, it's linked to the Usd exchange rate...so there is not much that we can do about it!
You can have a look at Flexboardz riding capabilities and make your own opinion : YouTube - Broadcast Yourself.
Do not hesitate if you need additional information
How much skate experience do you have?
Regardless of price and choice of carving hybrid it’s best to realize some of the restrictions these board carry with them. To enjoy these hybrid carvers to their fullest they require a hill. Although the Flexboardz doesn’t catch wobble, once your at speed stopping or at least slowing down is nice and something that has to happen at some point. I’m not sure if foot braking is an option, if not then you’re left with
1. being lucky with a hill than has a steep and long enough incline at the end.
2. finding another lucky hill that lets you carve out your speed
3. possibly performing some type of slide -check the sketchy Coleman at 4:30
4. slowing down enough to bail and run out your speed
5. enjoying how slow and peaceful everything seems right before you crash
I don’t want to discourage you in any way, I personally own a carvestik, and was obsessed with it for a while. Stopping these hybrid carvers take a bit more planning but that’s the exchange for the high carving abilities these boards offer.
Chewie in addition to the Eclipse Neversummer board you may also want to search for something called a Bigfish…
