I just got my T-board in the mail yesterday and I wanted to be able to flatland with it a little bit. If anybody had some tips on how to pump it I would greatly appreciate it.

Practice pumping in circles, fully do-able. Same motion as conventional trucks but keep your front foot stiffer than normal to prevent digging.
To stop just carve super hard and if you are in a bad spot you can do toe sides slides on it to a stop if you are rocking gloves and can handle a slide.

when allowed, the wood will give thankless service if
allowed to flow."
Until you get the normal pumping motion down on the T-board (which makes pumping much more natural), you can weight your front foot and push your leg forward and backward (making the front wheel zig-zag).
This will give you some pump while you develop the later intuitive full body pump.
