That looks ridiculously fun, i saw one of them years ago before i was in to longboarding, i tried once to ride it, so hard and the people wouldnt let me keep trying.
what is that sail called, i mad a similar one out of an old tarp and some old broom sticks, it was about 1/3 the size and i got ripping on my longboard.

DirtSurfers are insanely fun. I went to a local shop after looking for awhile, and being as they weren't being sold fast, the owner let me borrow one for a week to see if i liked it. I did, i loved it, but it was difficult with no where to ride.
The turning mechanism, I don't know how to explain. But basically your front wheel is connected to the tip of the frame of coarse, but in a way has its own frame holding it, but it can move in the Main frame of the whole thing. Basically it lets it move side to side in a pendulum motion form the tip of the frame. You lean to turn. Basically its easier to steer at higher speeds, and trust me, it is true. Sorry i have no idea what the technical terms or anything is called, i hope that makes some sense. You could always go to there site. And i have no idea how to explain this, i'm sorry...Anyways...
Super fun ride, and i wish i had the money to buy one and the place to ride it. Or at least a Wind Kite (sorry don't know name)
But your right, really good video for showing most of the different riding styles with them.
