damn it... i thought original S10s were the widest truck out there so i bought them for a super wide deck i have but it sounds like some freeboard trucks would have worked better. do you think taking the caster wheel out would allow them to be used alright?

I've taken the hangar off and put them in Indy plates but... They DON'T turn. It would require some bushing hacking and probably wedging to ride right. They work OK without the caster wheels on but the casters will hit the ground once and a while. You'll get more turn out of the originals

okay great thanks. i was doing all i could to avoid making cutouts and when i heard these were so wide i was like oh damn they'll fit outside my board. but guess thats not a good idea. thanks a lot. guess cutouts will be my solution.

I can't take you seriously with dilligaf in your sig.

The Originals were a good choice anyway.

freebord made stuff is lower quality than wal-mart boards imo. The hangers bend, wheels shred, axles snap, kingpins are cheap, horrible bushings, bad casters, low quality decks, etc but they are fun I guess.

its for the people that honk at me, yell at me to get out of the street, tell me im being dangerous etc. i live in a really old person filled neighborhood and they all have a problem with me skating. so i got a patch that says dilligaf and put it on my backpack that i always skate with (its got speakers on it for my ipod). im aware they probably dont know what it means but its whatever. makes me feel better and then im not rude to them or anything verbally. thats gotten me in trouble before.

okay cool thanks guys, the originals are a lot of fun. just gotta make sure i get the cutouts right. and risers are out of the question because its already sitting on 3/4 inchers. maybe its 1/2 inch. idk, whatever they came with.

an evo. oh just kidding. i forgot, my bad. uh well the deck im putting these trucks on is a custom built (souvenir from hawaii) that is either 9.5 or 10 inches wide. i've tried trucks all the way up to as wide as the deck but all of them gave me wheel bite no matter what combination of things i tried. so i thought maybe these trucks would mount outside the width of the board. they were reeeeally close. they actually do, but when i turn the rotation of the truck brings them closer and i get bite. i wont need much of a cutout at all. and i really like the originals, theyre a ton of fun so im going to keep them on it, just gotta manipulate the board to fit them. it really wont need much of a cutout at all because it sits so high over them and theyre so wide. all will be fine.
