i was wondering do they carve more than a longboard? i rode my friends flowboard like 2 yrs ago, but it was abec1 and those crappy white wheels it comes with. it was an ok ride but i dont rememeber much. well back to my question, can they carve more than a longboard and is it worth it? i dont have money like i used to when i was in grammar school, i need to pay for rent now.
they ride very differently than a traditional longboard, if you ask me. It is all personal preference I guess, but you will find that the majority of people will say, go with a normal longboard, it is much more versatile and (depending on preference) carves better than a flowboard.
very very slow boards.
You need a big hill to have any fun.

golgo isnt that due to the wheels and the bearings? cuz i tried my friends and it was wicked slow but then when i went down the same hill with my longboard i was able to just ride it out w.o pushing like im learning to walk.
travdog - i do remember they have a very fluidy feel too it which i thought was pretty cool but this was 2 years ago and i vaugely remember it.

less to do with the wheels/bearings. more about when you lean you change the wheel your on. And that wheel has to go from 0-however fast the 1st wheel was going. Thats where you lose speed
