    its not a good idea. here's why. the drift/grip properties of bmx tyres vs. longboard wheels is not going to work in your favour at all.


    also, a carver front truck is the same as a dirtsurfer front end, essentially.

    wrong, carver front trucks are way sketchy at speed....

    i also remembered someone try to bomb on the onshoreboard, inline wheels in the front...

    the fact that they are essentially the same (minues the indy style truck) has nothing to do with the fact that carver trucks are crappy at speed but dirtsurfers are good. i just didn't specify they were the same from a design standpoint, not a performance one.

    they both use a leading pivot and some kind of spring to give it return. no similarity at all to an OSB, but somwhat similar to one of those wierd twisty in the middle things you get at walmart with 2 spring loaded casters on the bottom.
