Re: Best freeride Board
hehe yeah the tan tien is amazing! but i will have to go with the 9two5!!! its just to expensive i mean 500$ deck only... but i recomend it alot! yeah sure you can go with the maple version but thats the point of the 9two5 that and its “w†shaped concave with those nice randalls and zombies!!! baby!
It's not just hype. Got mine this week. I've tried the dervish, owned a bustin sojourn and an apex 37; the deck outperforms all of them.
I think it would be worth your trying a board with no flex and a rocker for freeride. It locks your feet in and you don't lose the energy you are putting into the slide in the flex. But definitely of the boards you have ridden, the Tan Tien would be the best freeride board. But if you want to try something with no flex (and that is a lot cheaper than a Loaded, and who doesn't like saving money) the 9two5 is a really great board.
But on the serious side I have EW Supermodel, Superglider and of course my baby LAMBCHOP!!
Of the three I personally enjoy the Supermodel the best for slow cruising stand up slides but if your into big Coleman slides at high speeds and the option of setting up for some nice DH I love the Lamby... My two cents
