as if being on a board isn't incentive enough right?

Yay, another thread to post my FSM in!

But seriously, it's the most fun setup I've ever used. It's really low, super responsive and turny, and have literally no traction. It's so easy to slide its ridiculous, I was going down this steep hill yesterday and every heelside carve was basically a 2-3 feet stander. It's crazy fun.
The Bennets have a nice deep bushing seat as well, so there's a very good return to center and they are feeling surprisingly stable.

is freeride just taking unnecessary slides and bombing hills for fun?

There are no unnecessary slides! But yeah, that's about it.

Hanger width is 195mm-ish. Those are Surf-Rodz 70mm Axle extentions on Bennett 4.3's.
Or they sent me the wrong length, as it in theory should have come out at 179mm
But I don't care, this is such a sick setup, I don't want to change a thing.

Bushings are 90a Venom barrels bottom, Sabre cones.

They look like either 4.3s or 5.0s with Surf Rodz 70mm extensions.

It's such a sick looking set up. I don't own Bennets, but I've rode them and love them. Their narrow width has kept me from buying a set though. I wonder what Benet 6.0's with 20mm or 30mm extensions would be like?

figured this would be a good place to ask this:
    nemesis vs FSM for slippage/grippage/awesomeness?

ive learned all my soft wheel slides on topmounts so i was wondering which of those two would be easier to slide on.
and then, what's the difference in platform height on the two? i figure a nice low drifty setup would be good for pushing long distances as well.

They're both sick. The FSM is way lighter though. If I was from the US I'd get an FSM, and if I was Canadian I'd get a Rayne. Boom.

Here's my proto FSM with rails, Hybrid 215s and Obombers.

I actually sold my FSM to buy my Neme and have never looked back. So low and drifty. I drifted a 20mph turn and stopped within inches of a stopped car's tire on 81a Grippins for no reason. A top mount would have railed it, but I was forced to take a bad line by traffic and I was going so slow and it was so close to sticking I thought I was in the clear.

i hate the way obomers slide. do they get better after they cone? so far they grip way more, have a sharper hookup and dont slide as smooth as my coned 78a gumballs.
