I might just have to try my Indys on the Thresher then... I suppose they'll probably slip out easier than the precisions I've got on there now

hahahah i know man! it is like cheating, im so glad im a cheater now too. my standies have progressed soo much since ive switch from 50* randals to 215 hybrids.

fsm - 215 indy hybrids - mangotangs is my set up. it can definetly cut cookies, but it is the most fun set up i've ever ridden. ridiculously slidey.

drop through hybrids and FSM rocker gave me some pretty nasty railbite even when my fly's were the full 83mm. it was fun drop through, but now that i topmounted it i'm really diggin the extra leverage and room to grab rail i've gained while the indy's are keepin it relatively low and super slidey

guess i should've gone with a flush FSM

whaaa? My FSM is set up the same except with <70mm Flashbacks and it doesn't railbite even if I crank a turn out as hard as possible.

and yes, dropped indies practically are cheating for freeriding, slides makes every wheel slide like butter and you can hold them forever. Try it, you'll probably love it. I'm not a fan of how Indies turn at higher speeds, feels weird to me, but for freeriding I don't think I'll ever go back to reverse kingpin trucks.

i used to run 70mm wheels no problem when it was new, but its gained some flex with age and my 200+ pounds easily drives the rails into the ground now. it would bottom out when i pumped it too.

Not relevant to this but how are the indy hybrids topmounted? say on a nemi for freeriding.
