I say get precision trucks with the Dee-Lite nemesis if you can afford them. Kookys, Kahalani, and Zealous are some trucks to look into. If you looking to spend less, Randal R2 180s, Randal DH and paris(with different bushings) are good trucks.
Wouldn't that be like $700? For a first board? ####### rich kids.....

If I were you I would go with the nemesis with 42 randals or crails. Just get different bushings to dial in your setup and you will be fine.

I didn't know he was 13 or this was his first board. And I have ridden everything I have recommended except Randal DHs. I hear a lot of good things about them, so I thought why not recommend it..

Anyway, I still vote for the nemesis(doesn't have to be the dee-lite). Get some randals and some sexy venoms.

custom decks and designs can be made at:

there are other places, but i forget..

Im looking at subsonic boards right now....They look like they would be pretty good for me and the complete that I would really like is under $300 so im pretty happy. Anybody have any ideas on the Subsonic Reflex 40 or 42 with a Tri-X Glass Top and Uni-directional Carbon Bottom, average flex, drop through bear mounts, Grizzly 184mm, Black Truck (set), Khiro bushings (orange) (set), hurricane grip tape, black to orange stain fade. It will all cost $274.00 and $22.00 for shipping I believe. What you guys think about this?? What about trucks?? Orange orangatangs?? What type of orangatangs if you think i should. im trying to go for a black and orange theme. This isn't my first board...i've got a crapy arbor i've been riding for around a year.

I have the subsonic 42 double dropped with randal 180's and 85mm wheels.
I promise you will love this board like it's your own flesh and blood.

If you get it double dropped make sure to AT LEAST get 85mm wheels. Or else youget mad railbite.

Email Scott tell him I recomended you to him and tell him whatyou want before you place an order (specs weight width color etc.) and he'll make you an amazing board

Bears or randalswill be great on this board
Just make sure you get big wheels

Everyboard that man has ever created looks sick..

If you get it topmounted (without dropping the trucks thru. Without paying extra 15$ for holes) then any wheels will work. But if you get it drop thru'd for bears then the deck will be extra low and you will need big wheels (85mm+) to make it so that the side of the board doesn't touch the ground in a hard turn.
    Siesmic speedvents.
    Abed 11 flywheels.
I'm sure 81mm sector 9 race formulas will work good also

So whats the advantages and disadvantages of dropping the board and paying the extra $15?
