    Lower center of gravity
    More stable
    More drifty

There's really not a whole lot (I'm probably missing some) but I like it

If you get it topmounted (without dropping the trucks thru. Without paying extra 15$ for holes) then any wheels will work. But if you get it drop thru'd for bears then the deck will be extra low and you will need big wheels (85mm+) to make it so that the side of the board doesn't touch the ground in a hard turn.
    Siesmic speedvents.
    Abed 11 flywheels.
I'm sure 81mm sector 9 race formulas will work good also
That sounds like a bitchin setup

You could dye them. I've never actually true it but I've heard good about it.

See the thread about dyeing wheels in the "wheels and bearings" forum

Sick man! I wanted to do that but I couldn't afford it. Send my pics when you get it k?

Shock pads just help protect the deck from the baseplate and acts as a minimal shock absorber. Not needed on this board.
Wedging is just using wedged (angled) riser to change the angle of your trucks to make them more stable/turny/responsive. You can't and don't need to use these on this board though
