Gravity, Larry Bertlemann
My Logan 36 is being retired, so I gots a new Gravity Bertlemann on Indy 149's with Thunder 100 duro bushings on OJ III wheels and 1/2 flat risers front and back (the deck already has a built-in angle in the front of deck). Still haven't ridden it, when will the rain end. Will run it at the indoor skatepark tomorrow, anyway. Will give update on the board after riding it a month or so.

Re: Gravity, Larry Bertlemann
Follow-up was requested, so here goes:
With the 149's and OJ's it makes a great sidewalk surfer (I did move down to 92 duro bushings), my street skater buddy hated it cause it was so loose - I love it cause its so loose, sketchy and fast turning.
I tried it in the park with the 149/OJ set-up - too slow and soft
Tried it in the park with 169Indy/62mm-85a,rainskates - it's just too soft to keep a good pump - gonna move it back to sidewalk surfer status soon.
The Larry Bertlemann is a mellow, but quick little deck that is rockered and soft, it can ollie and do most kicktail only tricks, but its at home on gravity fed sidewalk and street runs where you carve fast or surfy with maybe a few tricks mixed in. You can get 3 of these kind of decks for the price of just one loaded Ceviche deck, I am sure the Ceviche is a unique ride, but I am still doing just fine on plain old hard rock maple decks for now.

Yeah, the LB33 is a fine Ceviche alternative for sure, killer deck. I regret selling mine before I was good enough to appreciate it fully.

Im debating between this deck, and the gravity gringo.

If you're looking for a smooth, surfy carver/cruiser that pumps and pushes incredibly fast go with the LB33. If you want a trick board for parks and street, go with the Gringo.

Yeah, i just cant decide. truth be told i want both. I would certainly enjoy the versatility of the gringo for fooling around doing tricks and such but i will also be doing alot of commuting with the board and im not sure if i need to give up the trick performance for the smooth enjoyable ride of the Bertlemann. ill still be able to ollie and flip.
Do you know how well the gringo rides in the streets and sidewalks?

I've never ridden a Gringo, but it looks like a typical popsicle, just a little beefier.
I have the LB33 and what makes it nice is the 20 inch WB. Pumps great and carves really smooth. It also has a slight pin nose with wheel wells. I run 66mm wheels on angled risers and could probably go to 70mm without issue. The LB33 has lots of pop and ollies well, but flip tricks will be more difficult, though not impossible.
If you decide to go with the LB33, I'd HIGHLY recommend the Tracker RTS/RTX combo in 139mm. Inexpensive and so much fun on that board. Also a set of slalom style wheels ie. Gravity Burners, Seismic Hot Spots, Zig Zags, ect...
