Please search there is a wealth of information. A little flex nothing like a dervish or vanguard.

Deck: 48" and bigger. I prefer slightly flexy bamboo decks. I have tried dancing boards that aren't composed of bamboo, and I don't like them, they're too stiff and heavy for me. I also prefer the width to be around 8-9 inches. If you like to incorporate release tricks (such as tiger claws, flat tops, etc.), I would suggest a board somewhere close to 48" so it isn't a hassle to swing around and stuffs.
Wheels: It is your preference, but i like to use wheels above 70mm and no harder than 83A. I am rockin retro 75mm 90A lime BigZigs or 70mm 83A Orangatang for Presidents, both are really sweet but if you like to occasionally incorporate slides into your dancing, I would suggest 70mm wheels and somewhere in between 80A-85A.
Trucks: It is preference as well, but i would not suggest spring loaded trucks...just normal double bushing trucks, i like mine REALLY loose. My truck preference is randals with stock bushings because i enjoy the flip-flop action you get when they're really loose because it makes (in my opinion) cross-steps and carvy dancing look better.
This is all what I personally prefer, it is total preference, but I hope this helps you make a choice

I dont like alot of flex on my dancer, the one i made is 48 long 35ish wheelbase and it only flexes 1/2 inch when i jump in the middle. I'm 150lb and its 3 layers of 1/8 BB, and a layer of 3/16 bamboo.
