Would any one buy this board?

I have brought a few boards off of this site before, but i brought s different brand.
i cant really afford to shell out for a dervish.

but what do you think?

If you are looking for a board similar to a Dervish then I don't think that is your board, that thing is gonna be stiff and it's a drop deck where as the Dervish is a drop-through.

I'd look for something more like this..

Or check out one of the small builders on the Fish to get something custom and in your price range perhaps.

i tend to stick to name brands or small builders whom i can actually talk with, not an off brand.

skateboardexpress sells vault boards (although i think they're called something different now). they're good beginner boards but they're not very good boards. i'm assuming you live in Australia. the dervish isnt the only board you can get. browse boardshop.com.au/hopkin.com.au or cr8ive sk8 for some gear. or even check out ASRA for some second hands.

otherwise, i've had good experiences with stoked and daddies boardshop shipping over to australia. prices are decent too.

yeah that board is going to be nothing like a dervish. also, the ends of the boards look very narrow, and that'll eventually take its toll on the durability of the board.

Ok, vault does have a drop through board as well, but what alternitives are there, what are some good drop throughs, other than the dervish.

go to the top menu bar.

go to forums

go to search forum

type in keywords that you are interested in i.e. dervish similar

see what comes up.

you'll be overrun with more information than you'll know what to do with.
