My New Insect Firefly!

So, after a horrible 7 days of waiting, my Firefly complete finally arrived from longboardskater. All I can honestly say is wow; this thing is a machine. I took it for a quick downhill run to see how well it rides, and it's insane. I'd say it's about 10-11 pounds, and it picks up and holds speed like a mofo. I've got Randal 180s with stock bushings (going to switch 'em out with eliminators later), Speedy Lunatics (Have to move my bones swiss onto it from my Pintail), and Purple 4Prez's. Pictures to come in a few hours!

Dang, I'm happy to see there's concave on those now! That looks great man. Speedboards with kicktails are the future.

Yeah, the concave is really great as well, it locks you in really well.

Well it got moved to reviews by a mod, I had no intention of having it here.
I'm going to go downhill with it tomorrow though, I didn't have time today.
I may post a review if I feel like it.

Hell yeah!!!!! I just got a proto Firefly Flushmont Nano Birch core with 3/8 concave. When I first stood on it, it kinda felt like a flat concave but once I mounted it with some paris 180's a round lipped race forms it was pretty ill! Such a fun board really light and a lively ride! I've always found Insect boards to be soo damn fun! used to ride a mosquito all the time and loved it and the firefly is definitely just as fun! I definitely gotta give it up to Insect for some siiiick boards
