    Default Bambino vs Mini Lions

I'm after a mini and due to living in Australia I'm finding it really hard to find one for cheap so I've basically got these two to decide upon.

I can get the gravity mini lions for roughly $200aus (about 180us) and the bambino for $170 aus (about 155us). I know the trucks on the bambino are pretty average at best but is it worth spending the extra $ for the mini lions as I'm a bit tight on money at the moment. General use would be for cruising around roads/parks with some downhills if I have the balls

    Any help would be great.

Just get a regular kickflipper with some small soft wheels and a little bit of riser. Cheaper and better.

Cut one of the noses and narrow it to a mini shape for extra sweetness. I don't know about in Australia, but a cheap reliable corded jigsaw will only run you about $30usd.

    Jigsaw: $30
    Kickflipper deck $15
    Generic Skateboard trucks: $20
    65mm slalom wheels: $40
    Bearings: $10

Satisfaction of riding your own creation: priceless.

But if you insist, I don't think trucks on a mini make that big a difference. Wedge risers are important, bushing upgrades are very important, but a skateboard truck is a skateboard truck.

    Someone feel free to disagree.

Yeah cheers that's always a possibility but if you had to choose between just these two, which would be preferable?
