L Y Drop Wedge VS Rayne Hellcat

Hello all I am looking at buying one of these two boards. Just looking for comparisons of each. I don't like flexy boards but I can stand a little bit of flex. I will mainly be crusing and hitting some garages. Thanks in advance

Well they're both dropthroughs and both asymetrical, the biggest difference is the slight wedge on the drop wedge and the shape of the standing platform, personally i would take the hellcat just cuz it's a rayne.

drop wedge is a great board. it would be unfortunate for you to miss out on such a good deck.

The Hellcat is a GREAT all around board and the workhorse of my quiver. I would choose it because of the W cave, but you either like the W or you don't.
For me it has helped in getting some of my slides down. I also have a ten mile loop that is over half pushing and the W isn't bad for me in this situation, it really is a great board.
I did get it for DH only but after I had it I wanted to ride it more than just on the big hills.

both boards are great ive tried both. im actaully probably getting a DW soon. the hellcat is nice but the w pleasure dome was a little too much for me. the DW also has the doubleyou w concave but its more suttle which i like. both boards are awesome tho.
