x-mas is coming up and I realy want to add a top mount to my list before i send it off to santa. So your opinions are muched loved.

i own an avenger and ive stood on a sayshun in a shop its really personal preference they are both great boards i think rayne has a little better construction but ultimately it comes up to which concave you like better

could some one explain the "gas pedal" concave on the speed please

i think its a steeper concave that increases leverage in the back of the deck

All the funky tech aside? It's a tossup man. I own an Avenger and have ridden the Speed and I think it just comes down to what you think is cooler. I like bamboo more than maple so that is what did it for me. I was contemplating between the 2 as well over the summer. The pleasure dome wasn't a selling point for me and it would make no real difference if the Avenger had it or not. The Speed does have better wheel wells though for sure.
