earthwing smokers or o-tangs

I'm having trouble deciding on which wheel to use on my drop through loki. I'm running randall II 180mm and am fighting between the earthwing smokers or the o-tang durians or the purple 4pres. I have the stiumlus on my dervish and I like them but I'm hearing good things about the smokers as well. I'm looking to use this board for carving and freeriding. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

I like the thane for the smokers more than the thane for my potang 4 prez. Feels faster yet just as smooth as potang.

sry, can't help you there. I spend most of my time carving with baby bombs on a 20 and 25mph dip in the hood. But they feel smooth, fast and kind of plush.

definitely smokers, between the two- the earthing thane is just smooth, no other way to say it. but personally I prefer cult's wheels over both (yes, I've owned all three.)

also on a personal note, the first set of wheels I'm going to buy next spring are some those sayshun(sp?) plasma O+, they look sick and the little birdies are telling me they rip.

If you like EW and CULT wheels (deathray ftw) I'd say skip the Plasmas. They really look hot but I only made a few passes and pulled them immediately. They felt slow and rough on my streets. DeathRays, Smokers, 78a Hawgs, Avilas and OMG! Grapey Apes love my asssphalt. and vice versa
