Dreg vs Kracked Skulls

So Im next to longboards. This will be my first board. Im looking at get either the
Kracked Skulls Scimitar (40", 42") or the Dregs Paradox 40" Freeride both cost about the same 165$+

Want to do some
Carving, Cruising, Light DH, freeriding little bit of everything

Length Specifications
40" or 42"

-Height, Weight

6' and 130-135 pounds

I would like to know the better of the two for me, a beginner. As well as what wheel would be good on those.

I'm relatively the same weight as you (except I'm 5'8) and looking to do the same things. I just ordered myself a Kracked Skulls 40" Scimitar (extra lite option). It should be here in a few days, and I'll let you know how it is.

I heard nothing but good things about Kracked Skulls, and so far their customer service is outstanding!

Yeah I order the same thing man! should be here anyday. I read on here alot that it was a great first board so just had to get it.

go for the kracked skulls, i've had a 38' scimitar for about 8 months now and i still love it
