your welcome........and also if by any chance you do get the flushcut, get crails on them, unless you already have the trucks.

I just ordered a demonseed because I'm 6' and have a fairly wide stance and I thought the flushcut was a little cramped. At 5'10'' you should be ok on a flushcut, but it depends on your stance. If you like wedging/dewedging, then go for the evo, but I don't like it so I didn't. also, I think the evo is heavier than the others. The choice is pretty much just personal preference, which is why there is no one perfect board. If you have the opportunity to ride any, I'd suggest doing that to get a feel for the size, ride, weight, and concave. I wish I had been able to stand on or ride a demonseed before I got one, but I'll just have to wait and see.

As far as trucks go, it is also personal oppinion. I like my grizzlies, but I've never ridden crails, so I can't tell you about that. If you already have the trucks stick with that. also, I recomend JimZ bushings on grizzlies because I think it really improves the ride.

Lastly, you may want to search next time because there are a lot of treads about these boards. I'm suprised no one has said anything yet. I dont wanna be a search nazi though, because I find it annoying when the only response is "search noob". Lots of people will attack you for this though. just a heads up.

I've been looking for an excuse to post this pic that I made a few months ago. Thanks.

Basically, you can see that the D-seed is a bit longer, has a slightly longer wheelbase, and has a ton (4-5 inches?) more footspace. In the bamboo version, it's also got a little more flex than the Flushcut. OTOH, the rear hump on the Flushcut is more useful as a standing platform in a tuck for me, but my stance isn't all that wide. That all said, I like the Demonseed better.

All three boards rock. Search around for many more opinions on them.

I love my Flushcut and it fits me just fine. I'm 5 11' and 160lbs size 12 shoe. It may be my stance but I have a ton of room. Compared to the Evo I think weight wise they are about the same but I also have Jimz trucks and 85mm wheels which add a lot of weight. Never ridden the Evo or Demonseed though.

I am very interested in a flushcut myself if I decide to pick up another speedboard.

I like the flushcut and the Demonseed, I'd pick the demonseed b/c of the larger platform. The flushcut has a pretty big platform as well, and the Evo's platform is small compared to both boards. The Evo is heavier by at least 4 LBS then both boards, the Fluscut is the lightest of the three (it feels it at least).

I started a thread a while back asking which of the three are the lightest. I think it came down to this. 1. Flushcut 2. Demonseed 3. Evo
    lightest to heavest.
Now when I said before that my Flushcut was about the same weight wise as the Evo was because the Evo that I checked out only had 75mm wheels not 85 like I roll on mine. I think the same exact setup on an Evo and Flush would have about 4-5 lbs difference. But yeah I agree with you on that.

Scott at subsonics work is top notch. I have a subsonic barrage and it is great no other dh boards can compare to it. A friend of mine has a demon-seed and it does has alot of foot room, but in my opinion i dislike the concave as it is kinda slim and flat for my size 10 foot. On my barrage the concave is deep tub, and it really locks my feet in well and is suuper comfy. I imagine that the reflex concave is the same, plus you can get the boards at any length, i got my barrage to 42 inches.

I love my flushcut. Perfect concave, and the drop is more gradual than the demonseed so it feels very comfortably in a tuck. I wrote a little review shortly after getting my flushcut. Hope this helps.

But, hum... you said you wanted to ride your board with bear grizzlys, right? There might be a problem...
the the jimz isn't called flushcut for nothin! It has a flushcut that only permits paris trucks fitting in...

I recommand you to try the flushcut before buying it,cause it might be to small for you, depending on what kind of use you will make of it. And if by any badluck it is too much small for you, take the demonseed, it gives a very similar ride but is a longer board.

In 2008, kebbek flushcut we're available for all baseplates that existed on the market at the time.
Today, there are simply too many possibilities, so Kebbek flushcuts are available for Paris and JimZ speedparts.
