Re: Chocolate Trucks
Can we get a few more pictures?
One top view of trucks mounted on the bottom of the board isn't cutting it for me. I would like to see some pictures of the bushing seats as well, if you can manage it. I like the pivot cups. Delrin cups are completely kick ass, it's awesome to see that you guys are doing some innovation in that sense.
also, what is the baseplate angle?
now more pics!

Next person that asks to test ride them, I will personally stick a chocolate truck up your ass. These guys know what they are doing, not sure if they want everything let out of the bag or not, so I will leave it at that. Keep your eyes out FOR SURE in the near future cause they are always doing something new that they are going to test out.

why do people like to say this? im asking a legitimate question. i mean, every time i see an indy i dont think to myself, "so basically a tracker" nor do I think "basically jimz" when i look at talons.
products are similar, sure, but a camaro is not a mustang. theyre both cars, whatever. i would like to hear some sort of legit response from someone. and to be semi-on track, those look pretty sick. the idea of a specific front and rear truck is interesting. and agreed with them reminding me of maguns. though not basically maguns as far as im concerned.

If i'm remembering correctly according to pics and whatnot, either the creator of the trucks or one of the test riders rides/rode maguns. And I'm pretty sure they've ridden Kahas and whatever other precisions. These trucks look like a great amalgamation of several precision trucks with some newness thrown in. THAT's how it's supposed to be done. Good job, guys.

offset...like a randal
not inline with kp...like a randal and NOT like a magun (changing the ride completely)
no sphericals...like randal
hence BASICALLY a cnc randal
jimz have double sphericals only and talons can come optional so other than that, they ARE basically the same except for bushing seat.
its really hard to find new attributes to trucks now days, so using other ones to compare them to is just easy, especially when explaining it to noobs that know nothing about precisions and when trying to get an idea of how they would ride.
so if it annoys you, ignore it like the rest of us...
only thing was didn't know about the front and back from the pics. not much to work with...

looking at the rear it looks like its offset quite a bit more than a randal . and it also looks to be much closer to being inline than a randal. i just dont think its fair saying its basically a cnc randal. anyway i like the idea of the different rake thats a new one isnt it?
