Heap / Blackmore - How is the feel of these comparing to a 42* or similar Randal?

They are available, I've heard from Streetheap, only a little, and others who have them, haven't said much lately. So i can't give you much of a review yet, they are the ones who will need to post there reviews.
If you want a set they are $90.00 plus shipping, and I have a set I can ship in in the morning, and I can make plenty more when the need arises.

Re: Indy DH plate
As far as quality is concerned I can vouch for Cindrich. They will be solid as a rock.
I'm just curious how they feel/ride compared to an normal Indy and Randals. I'm also scared they will be too low for drop-throughs. I would really like to get a set for my Hellcat to make it mega low even with 75mm wheels.

will you be selling individual baseplates? or is it a combo deal only?

Re: Indy DH plate
I've had these a few days and finally got to take them up in the 40s today. A few quick thoughts:
This is the first product I've ever received from Dave Cindrich, and his specs and finish are spot-on. The quality is on par with Jimz and Kooky plates, which are the tightest plates I've personally scrutinized. The construction really blew my mind.
Set up on a Voodoo XL with green Elims all around, Lemon Zigs/Cult Deathrays. (a little bit of wheelbite) The ride height is around 1/8"-3/16" lower than a standard Indy.
OK- I personally can't run this plate in front on this board without a wedge. I need a little more turn + a little less lean from the front for anything technical. I was a little too stable, and a little too tippy . Part of that is the fact that at my 220 lbs., and that wide of a board, I'm generating a shitload of leverage. The 17 degree dewedge feels like more than that (to me) on an Indy, which I knew going in, but wanted to try anyway. Now, as a rear truck, it is excellent. My favorite setup so far is a stock Indy in front with the Cindrich in the rear. If you are a rider who likes to run similar angles front and rear, you may want to wait for the 5* or 10* dewedged plates to come out. Or, if you run a smaller board/WB, or maybe just want a setup for sweepers/bombing, would be very cool. I'm gonna load my hangers with sphericals next, which will eliminate some of the lean. I'd also like to try these plates on my Alpine, which has a shorter wheelbase, and is much narrower.
I'm not going to compare them to any Randal-esque trucks because they really don't feel like that type of truck. They still roll over like Indys, even moreso now with the lower angle.
Nice work Dave, look forward to the 2 other models you have coming out, which I will be buying as well. Sweet.

Re: Indy DH plate
Just an update
I was at the shop late last night programing the other angle plates. I've written programs for 5, 10, and the 15 degree plates. I just need a free machine maybe today or tomorrow, and new stuff will be flowing.

Re: Indy DH plate
Sandwich, have you though of making low degree Indy baseplates with you "drop up" style mounting? That would be amazingly low.

it's been talked about earlier in this thread but some people feel it would be unneccessarily low. Also, you would have to buy the drop-ups in pairs to keep the board level whereas with the plates like they are now you can run a normal Indy up front with one of these in back.
You are not the light of my life.
Making you happy isn't my greatest dream.
Your smile is not all I live for;
I've got my own stuff going on.
But you're strange and fascinating
and I've never met anyone like you.
I want to give you everything.
Just to see what you would do with it.

I would like to see how low a drop-up, drop though, 0* indy/sandwich set up would be. Rail bite at 10* of lean?
