Dropped through 10/0 Cindys on my Asym. We had some huge wind gusts and a steady 20-25 mph tailwind. The run usually tops out at 45 or so.
I'll admit it was wobbly for me. I probably wouldn't have been able to footbrake or shut down.... . Luckily, I know the run very well, and theres only one big sweeper.
I just rode pretty loose and tried to avoid most of the gravel in the road.

Congrats man. That's probably the fastest I've ever heard of anyone riding Indy geometry trucks.

Re: Indy DH plate
Yesterday, i took my 5/5 Cindys for a ride in the city...
First we went to a garden, that has some small hairpins, where you can try some slow predrift...
Had the bushings only tighten untill the washer doesnt move...5 stars.
The relation of lean/turn is exactly what i expected...super dope control of grip/ungrip!
Then we went to a medium fast hill in town, wich tops as 65/70 km/h....tighten the bushings half a turn, and went for it!
I must say this really impressed me...i had never in my life ridden such loose trucks at speed and felt the progression/control/power/confidence/believe that this trucks were now giving me.
Bushings must be a part of this scenario, but the Cindys sure are a bigger part in it...
Sucks that the next 2 weekends i wont be able to skate, but hopefuly, in 3 weeks ill go to a good hill 200 km away...
There ill have a better review in a full dh scenario...
Cheers, and another big thanks to Dave and Streetheap

Re: Indy DH plate
Ive said before....idk about your boards , but i feel mine is more a time machine than a skateboard...
Feeling more than ready to hit 100km/h and above.
I am so stoked about this...is like when you watch other peeps movies, and you understand all thats going on there, but when you step on your skateboard, the equations you predicted from watching those movies dont aplly....until now!
God i love my setup...
Edit- thanks for your aprecitation Petary. The board still needs final looks treatment...that was just fast cuttdown untill no wheelbite!

Oh there's more.... someone correct me here but I believe 215s have been around since 1984-ish. And 169s used to be 169mm hangers up until stage 3 or 4 or something, I don't remember. And there's dudes who went fast before then, as well.
Somwhere, I remember hearing that Roskopp or Jessee or both hit 60+ on a cop's radar.
Mercado goes that fast pretty regularly I'm sure.

Awesome. Serious stoke there.

And I'm happy you're digging your setup so much guivans! Your chop looks awesome by the way. Great job.
Thanks Pet. I think the trucks can handle it. It was crazy windy and I really never go that fast, so a lot of it was me kind of holding on. I probably was riding a little tight as well.

Yeah it's impractically low. I knew I'd be going pretty fast that day though. I needed that extra 3/4".

not gonna comment on health insurance but honestly the speeds I skate Cindy's make my sessions much more enjoyable

Re: Indy DH plate
Probably went 92kph with stock indy truck and bushings on a 24 inch wheelbase, this passed weekend in Vermont.
There is no greater feeling than hauling ass on a skateboard that goes where you want it to go as fast as you can. and knowing I paid 20 bucks for these trucks is awesome too!
