Re: Indy DH plate
Weird double post
oooo tempting me I have a 15º and have been thinking about a 10º
For the record a 15º doesn't feel much like a stock plate at all

Re: Indy DH plate
I think you might be overthinking stuff...Ever imagined if Dave made 0,1,2,3,4.....16 plates?
It would be a mess...In the end, its gotta be you that must adapt to the board!
You still have plenty of tunning available, bushings, wheels, you changing the way to ride the board for a certain setup, since the more you ride, the more used to it and more confortable on it...
By this im not saying not to change 10 for 5, just that to always remember to ride what you have and forget about all those "Porsches and Ferraris" you see around.......

Re: Indy DH plate
Honestly I'm probably over thinking it. I think the 15º turns less than stock I could never push the front end out into a drift on stock plates it's cake with a 15º. I'm happy with what I have and I'll be staying at 15º/5º for the winter I am done changing my setup until springtime sorry that's why I said tempting

Re: Indy DH plate
17º is a stock indy according to Sandwich (and a number of other people)

Re: Indy DH plate
I have no idea, but in this case it doesnt matter, since the hanger is the same in all these situations, so its just a point u cannot adjust!
But why so curious?

Re: Indy DH plate
Honestly I think that alot of people are overthinking and overtweaking there skateboards.
I've said it before and I'll say it again, I just dont see the advantage of this from stock indy's
What kind of boards are you all riding that making sure your set-up is as low as possible?
I tried dewedging the rear truck for more stability, only to find out I'd rather crank down my bushings when I know I'm going faster.
Is this more of a slalom thing now?

i kinda agree with that, im more of a fan of flat indys rather than dewedging them. flat with soft tight bushings.
TINKERING WITH YOUR SETUP IS HALF THE FUN OF BOARDING.
